Warranty + FAQ

How are your items shipped?

All watches are packed carefully by us in purpose made boxes. Watches will be shipped with Singapore Post from Singapore.
Our parcels will be remarked as commercial items and we will provide the correct item value to customs. We will not take responsibility should customs reject or re-value your watch.
We are not responsible for delays caused through Singapore Post or customs and  we are also  not responsible for any customs or VAT/Tax you may possibly incur
We try to ship within four business days.
Please note that we can ship only to a physical street address and not to a PO box.
You will not receive a tracking number when shipped unless you request for you. This cust down our processing time, and tracking numbers are generally only useful to track lost parcels.

What if I want to cancel my order?

As long as it has not shipped we can cancel your order with a refund. Please contact as immediately if you wish to change your mind. All orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee.
If you cancel your order after we shipped we will deduct a 10% cancellation fee for recalling the item. Shipping costs are not reimbursable.

What if I am unhappy with the watch and want to return it?

If you receive your watch and are not happy with it for whatever reason, you can return it within 3 days of receipt. Shipping charges to you and back to us will not be covered by us. A 10% cancellation fee is still chargeable.
Watches cannot be accepted for a refund if they have been worn  or if the strap/bracelet has been sized. Watches will also not be accepted if any signs of usage, scratches, marks are present upon us receiving it.

What are your Return Policies?

We observe a 3-Day Return Policy for online purchases of watches that are not as described. Any request for returns must be made via email notification within three [03] business days from the receipt of the item as evidenced by shipment records. Upon receipt of confirmed acceptance for return requests via email, you may return the item to us. We will refund the amount to you in full less shipping charges upon receipt of your item provided it is in original condition and has not been altered or tampered with. Following the above, items cannot be returned to us if the 03-Day Return Policy period has expired.

All our watches undergo a stringent check before they are packed and shipped. Extreme care and packaging is used to prevent damage during transit. However, in the rare event that the watch arrives damaged, we will repair the watch for free and send back the watch to you at our cost. Cost of returning the watch to us is born by buyer. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted

What type of warranty do you offer for your watches?

The warranty provides coverage for two (2) years from the purchase date to the original owner only. Our warranty covers the watch movement and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch water resistance limitations. The warranty is valid if the watches are directly purchased from us. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than our authorised dealers or by us will void this warranty.
