SHIPPING CHARGES
Worldwide shipping and handling for items not exceeding the total of USD200 is charged at $5.
Worldwide shipping and handling for items exceeding USD200 is charged at $20.This is already reflected in the USD amount for each watch.
If you purchased a watch and add straps and buckles as additional items, additional shipping is not charged.
All articles will be registered but not insured. This is to facilitate tracking the item. We have also noted that insurance claims are almost impossible to get with the postal service and we rather not waste customer’s money and get frustrated in the end. Please read our FAQ section for cases if watches are lost during the posting phase.
All parcels are registered with Singapore Post Air Parcel Service unless otherwise agreed.
For a fees of USD60, we are also able to ship the items through EMS Express (which is a faster service provided by Singapore Post). It will take approximately 4-5 days to reach most destinations.
Delivery time may vary due to holiday seasons, higher than expected postage seasons or being held in customs. and impossible to guarantee.
We aim to ship all orders out within 7 working days to facilitate our rigorous testing protocals.
All shipping risks and delays are bourne by the buyer.
